Physical training

Top Tennis has a physical program to improve physical skills and prevent injuries.

In the high performance group the main objective will be to continue with the physical and evolutionary development of the tennis players, creating a physical base that will support the specific tennis qualities that should be developed in the future. We will follow the evolutionary process, working on very general aspects and introducing specific aspects of tennis progressively.

Preparación física

This group works to develop aerobic and anaerobic resistance through race and specific work on the court. Players will also work on explosive strength, plyometrics training to increase power and reaction speed, specific coordination tennis trainings, especially the eye-hand coordination. They must get specific tennis habits; and apply the preventive and compensation exercises specific to tennis, a very important part for the prevention of short and long-term injuries.
